What the role is:You will be part of NParks' IT, which is a dynamic team who constantly drives digital transformation in NParks. As an IT Manager / Cybersecurity & Infrastructure, you will play a key role in our IT team, working with internal and external stakeholders to support NParks' security operations in applications and infrastructure.What you will be working on:Managing security incidents and monitoring security alerts for internet facing applications and subsequent monitoring of cloud security alerts for applications migrating to the Government Commercial Cloud 2.0.Consolidating multiple security testing tools into Vulnerability Management System which requires setup and testing of the new Tenable Nessus Scanner for web application vulnerability assessment.Assisting Cyberark implementation, onboarding of users and operations.Automating the security administration tasks using Robotic Process Automation tools.Assisting applications to onboard a Third Party Risk Management program. Tasks in this role include initial inherent risk assessment, risk rating using objective risk assessment tool, risk monitoring, tender vendor briefings on security and data protection certification, address queries and assist contract owners/researchers with their procurements and grant calls.Compiling and clarifying statistics for quarterly scorecards for submission.Preparing security related EDMs.Assisting in materials and logistics for briefing sessions to vendors and Application Project Managers.What we are looking for:Areas of study in Information Technology, Information Security or equivalent.Demonstrate strong learning capability on Information Security or IT topics.Minimum 2 years' relevant experience is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communications skills, and able to interact with people of all levels.Proficient in analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement.Independent worker and team player with a positive attitude.Experience in handling cybersecurity issues is advantageous.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Successful candidate will be employed on a 11-month contract terms with staff benefits.About National Parks Board:At the National Parks Board (NParks), we take pride in conserving our natural heritage and enhancing green spaces for all to enjoy in our City in Nature.
