ROLE OVERVIEW
The Human Resources Manager – HR Policy & Operations will oversee the core HR functions, ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes within WTT. This role is responsible for managing HR systems, data analysis, policy development, and the end-to-end recruitment process to support the organization’s operational needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
HR OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT:
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient HR service delivery.
- Manage and maintain the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), ensuring data accuracy and system optimization.
POLICY DEVELOPMENT & COMPLIANCE:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies related to leave, recruitment, employee conduct, and other HR areas.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, keeping abreast of any changes that may impact HR practices.
RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING:
- Lead the recruitment process, including drafting job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate records, interview feedback, and maintain a talent pipeline for future openings.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING:
- Generate and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, and other key indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision- making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT:
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve HR service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years in HR roles with a focus on HR operations, policies, and recruitment.
- Experience in managing HR systems and data analysis is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
