Job Description
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the project as a founding team member.
- Identify the needs of institutional investors and develop tailored sales strategies.
- Recruit, build, and manage a sales team to execute institutional sales strategies effectively.
- Lead the creation, development, and continuous improvement of sales materials and infrastructure.
- Set and achieve quarterly targets for customer engagement, onboarding, and AUM/TVL growth.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, working closely with internal teams to enhance the institutional investor experience and address any challenges.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in capital markets within the US, UK, Dubai, Singapore, or Hong Kong.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound sales targeting institutional investors, including hedge funds, family offices, venture capital funds, and crypto operators.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital assets, crypto, or Web3.
- Proven track record in sales within small teams, such as startups, with a demonstrated ability to drive significant AUM/TVL growth.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have: In-depth knowledge and understanding of Decentralized Finance (DeFi).
