Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of company's Application Business and its broader capabilities across all solution sets and industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the go-to-market strategy for the ASEAN business and contribute to setting ambitious growth targets during planning processes.
- Proactively advocate for Companies capabilities with clients and within industry forums.
- Act as a representative for Company in marketing events and engage with industry analysts.
- Foster enduring consultative client relationships founded on personal expertise and trust.
- Assume overall responsibility for crafting compelling responses to client needs, including personal oversight of select large deals and supervision of opportunities owned by team members.
- Develop competitive strategies in coordination with Sales and various practice/COEs for significant opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Delivery, and other departments for key opportunities.
- Lead Win/Loss analysis for significant deals, sharing insights to replicate successful practices and avoid pitfalls in sales cycles.
Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or Computer Science
- 10+ years of experience in Business Consulting, Business Application Implementation, and Support within Tier 1-2 companies
- Demonstrates at least 8+ years of experience leading solutioning/presales teams for large deals, with a minimum of 3+ years in a leadership capacity; prior leadership in large implementation delivery is highly advantageous.
- Possesses a solid grasp of market opportunities and clients' businesses across multiple industries in ASEAN, with existing relationships at the management level in large clients being a significant advantage.
- Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of the client and competitive landscape, particularly within key industries and solution sets.
- Significant experience in the Financial Services Industry, Singapore, and/or Enterprise segment being essential.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, capable of articulating business and technical propositions to clients effectively.
- Experience in the Public Sector and possessing relevant Security Clearance being prerequisites.
