Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and project information

  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timelines are met and resources are effectively allocated
  • Facilitate clear communication between departments, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project statuses and changes
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory, coordinating orders and ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace
  • Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Identify areas for improvement in business processes and workflows, making recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with a proven capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools and CRM software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
