Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Portfolio Monitoring: Review and monitor loan portfolios per Credit Policy.
- Margin & Limit Management: Manage daily margin and limit excesses, ensuring collateral upkeep.
- Client Communication: Send margin call notices and enforcement letters via Relationship Managers (RMs).
- Covenant Tracking: Monitor and escalate covenant breaches and approval conditions.

- Ad-hoc Support: Assist leadership with projects and initiatives as needed.
Critical Competencies:
- Experience: 5-8 years in credit risk/control, ideally in Private Banking/Wealth Management.
- Knowledge: Proficient in Lombard, mortgages, life insurance, margin lending, and collateral asset types.
- Risk Management: Skilled in managing margin and limiting excesses independently.
- Credit Processes: Strong understanding of credit policies and procedures.
- Education: Degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Access, and macro programming; Bloomberg/Reuters a plus.
- Teamwork: Detail-oriented, accurate, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Initiative: Proactive and has strong ownership of tasks.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills.
