Position Overview - Asset Management Executiv

In this role, the incumbent will provide support on compliance monitoring, documentation management, internal audits and assist in maintaining various international standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 27000 and ISO 45000, not limited to EcoVadis and UGNC, while exemplifying teamwork and professionalism. This role sits within our Infrastructure Operations, Sustainability & Compliance (IOSC) team

Your Role and Responsibiliti

  • Compliance Monitoring: Assist in establishing, monitoring and ensuring compliance with ISO standards (i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and sustainability regulations (i.e. EcoVadis, LEED or Greenmark).
  • Documentation Management: Help maintain and organise compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit reports.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse data related to compliance metrics and sustainability initiatives, supporting the development of reports to management.
  • Training Support: Assist in the development and delivery of training programmes on compliance and sustainability topics for employees.
  • Internal Audits: Support the planning and execution of internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and sustainability practices.
  • Regulatory Research: Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations and, assist in updating company policies accordingly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments to promote compliance culture and sustainability initiatives across the organisation.

Required Qualifications and Expert

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing international standards (i.e. ISO9k, 14k, 27k & 45k and not limited to EcoVadis and UGNC).
  • Adept in navigating and excelling in a start-up environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail with excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.
