We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our programmes, in discussion and collaboration with our Project Managers and Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to thrive in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies in order to drive awareness of our programmes and achieve audience / viewership targets.
- Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Work with our graphic designer to oversee the creation, production, and management of marketing materials, such as social media collateral, brochures, presentations, website content, and other promotional items.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, including illustrators, videographers, photographers, printers, and media partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend innovative marketing approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
- Set marketing goals and objectives, track progress, and prepare regular reports on marketing activities and campaign results for management.
Requirements:
- A relevant diploma or degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven work experience in marketing.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with expertise in digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
