Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for HCSCI's product portfolio.

2. Identify and prioritize key customers within the territory and establish strong relationships with decision-makers.

3. Drive business growth by expanding the customer base, penetrating new markets, and increasing sales volumes with existing accounts.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new business development, market intelligence, competitive landscape and customer requirements.

5. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and network with potential customers.

Your Background:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Genetics and Plant Breeding related field, Proficiency in molecular biology related skills such as nucleic acid extraction, qPCR and SNP.

2. At least 5 years previous experience in selling automated molecular detection tools and associated consumables, experience in the Automation, Liquid Handling or contemporary agriculture markets are an advantage.

3. Excellent customer-relation and communication skills, with the ability to define customer needs and establish strong, effective partnerships.

4. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

5. Self-motivated and enjoys team working within an international team and dynamic environment.
