Job Description:
Responsible for establishing and maintaining key customer relationships with senior management to ensure the company's sustained and steady development in a highly competitive Singapore hospitality Interior market market environment.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in promoting a significant increase in the company's market share and brand influence based on its overall strategy and business development plan for the Singapore hospitality Interior market market.
2. Market and customer expansion: Assist in visiting new customer groups, especially high-end hotels and related industry chain partners, and establish long-term stable business relationships.
3. Competitive analysis and market insights: Regularly collect and analyze the dynamics of industry competitors, market trends, and changes in customer demand to provide data support and strategic recommendations for company decision-making.
4. Cross team management and collaboration: Motivate team members, ensure efficient communication and collaboration within the team, and jointly achieve business goals.
5. Brand building and maintenance: Participate in the development and implementation of the company's brand promotion strategy, enhance the company's brand image and visibility in Hong Kong and international markets.
Job requirements:
1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above from overseas, preferably in hotel management, marketing, business management or related majors.
2. Work experience: With 10 years or more of business development experience, those who have successfully led teams to explore new markets or businesses are preferred.
3. Language proficiency: Fluent in spoken English, able to conduct business negotiations with overseas hotel management companies without barriers;
4. Professional ability: Possess excellent document organization skills and be able to effectively handle legal documents such as business contracts.
5. Personal qualities: Good image and temperament, proactive in work, flexible in handling affairs, excellent teamwork spirit, social and communication skills, able to maintain efficiency and optimism in high-intensity work environments.
6. Additional advantages: Work experience in five-star hotels or overseas work experience is preferred.
