Human Resources & Administration Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Human Resources & Admin Manager to drive HR strategies, optimize people operations, and support global expansion. You will be responsible for recruitment, HR policies, payroll, employee engagement, and office administration.
This role will work closely with stakeholders in Singapore and Hong Kong, supporting employees while also developing hiring strategies for DigiFT’s expansion into the EU and US markets. As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s culture and ensuring smooth HR processes as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Expansion – Lead hiring efforts in Singapore, Hong Kong, and expansion markets (EU & US), ensuring strong talent pipelines.
- HR Policies & Compliance – Develop and implement HR policies aligned with regulatory requirements across multiple regions.
- Employee Support & Engagement – Act as the primary HR contact for employees in Hong Kong while fostering an engaging workplace culture.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration – Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and insurance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Performance & Growth – Implement performance management frameworks, career development initiatives, and feedback systems.
- Workplace & Office Management – Oversee general office operations, vendor management, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business functions.
- HR Business Partnering – Collaborate with leadership and department heads to provide strategic HR support, drive workforce planning, and enhance employee development.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup, tech, or fintech environment, with a preference of Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and labour laws in Singapore and Hong Kong (experience with EU or US labour laws is a plus).
- Hands-on and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup with evolving priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with HR data and analytics to support decision-making and reporting.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage (for liaising with regional teams).
