Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting and petty cash transactions
  • Analyze financial information and preparing financial statements
  • Reconciling bank accounts on a daily basis
  • Reconcile and resolve accounts payable and receivable issues or queries
  • Checking expense vouchers/bills to standard and report any discrepancies
  • Preparing a plan for monthly cash flow and report to seniors
  • Manage tax filing and tax-related activities
  • Depositing cash/cheque, PF, CIT in the bank and respective offices
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when required
  • Preparing management reports as required
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
  • Any additional work given by seniors as and when required

Requirements:

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and knowledge of FACT ERP or any other accounting software
  • Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • Good knowledge of tax, VAT, banking transaction
  • Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
  • High proficiency in maths
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
