Our Client is a wine distributor and We are seeking a Purchasing and Order Processing Coordinator to be responsible for managing the procurement of goods, processing orders, and ensuring efficient stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing & Supplier Coordination – Source and purchase goods, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Order Processing & Fulfillment – Accurately process orders, update inventory, and coordinate stock transfers to ensure smooth fulfillment, including e-commerce operations.
  • Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and maintain inventory accuracy to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Supplier & Vendor Communication – Liaise with suppliers regarding order status, delivery issues, and product quality while managing supplier data.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Maintain purchase records, invoices, and procurement reports to ensure compliance and support decision-making.
  • Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution – Address discrepancies, returns, and stock-related issues by collaborating with relevant teams for effective solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, and order processing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management and order processing software.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus.
