Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities will focus on Sales and Customer Service functions, entailing but not restricted to the following tasks:

  • To handle operation calls and answering to customers’ request
  • To perform daily paperwork, invoices, raise service and repair job into system
  • Perform aftersales admin and submission of warranty claim for all products
  • To stand in as a Customer Service Advisor when required.
  • To stand in Accident Reporting Centre reporting
  • To collect cash from Customer Service Advisor and submit to Corporate Office.
  • Other jobs as assigned by supervisor(s)

Requirements:

  • Main duty: Backend support processing PO, liaise with customers
  • Presentable to meet clients
  • Minimum NTC 3 IN Automotive Technology
  • At least 3 years of sales and customer service experience
