
Mass Hiring! Logistics Officer (East/Admin Exp/Gross up to $3000)
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all relevant operating processes and procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters regarding daily issues.
- Plan orders to meet customer shipment delivery and collection requirements.
- Collect data and prepare accurate reports as needed.
- Administer cycle count procedures.
- Ensure all incoming shipments (including exchanges and returns) and outgoing shipments are processed efficiently and on time.
- Verify the accuracy of all shipment documentation and ensure timely submission.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and their implementation.
- Report any receiving non-conformances to the Executive.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA).
- Experience with using and creating operational dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers.
