
Accounts Executive |Shipping Industry
- Full Set of Accounts: Handle vessel accounting up to monthly closing and review with the Senior Accountant.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare periodical financial reports, monitor vessel costs, and analyze budget variances.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: Issue invoices as per contractual agreements, monitor timely payments, and ensure accurate disbursements.
- Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow Management: Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash positions, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure tax, GST, and regulatory compliance, assisting in audit preparations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 year finance/accounting experience in the shipping or maritime industry
- Strong skills in financial reporting, tax, and compliance
- Prior experience in vessel finance management is preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools is a plus
- Immediate starter is preferred
