  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Negotiate pricing and follow up on orders to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate supplier quotations and finalize orders after approval by the Superintendent/Technical Manager or higher authority.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouses and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Provide clear forwarding instructions to suppliers and update vessels and Vessel Managers on delivery status.
  • Communicate with vessel port agents for seamless logistics handling.
  • Handle customs clearance and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
  • Arrange service and repair bookings based on the Vessel Manager’s instructions.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases across multiple platforms.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 3 years experience in purchasing | procurement in Shipping or marine industry
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy, open-minded, and results-driven.
  • Immediate starter is preferred
