  • Act as an HR Business Partner, supporting key internal stakeholders in employee relations, recruitment, coaching, and grievance handling.
  • Lead and supervise the HR team in managing payroll, taxation, training & development, and other HR functions.
  • Serve as a bridge between management and employees, resolving workplace issues and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Provide advisory support to contractors and external partners on HR-related matters.
  • Lead and execute HR projects, including change management, succession planning, and company-wide training programs.
  • Oversee Compensation & Benefits processes such as salary benchmarking, job grading, payroll backup, and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the performance management cycle, including salary and bonus reviews, and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
  • Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for mid- to senior-level roles, collaborating with external recruitment agencies and job platforms.
  • Oversee the offboarding process, including exit interviews, retrenchments, and workforce transitions.
  • Coach and advise managers and employees on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experiences, especially in C&B, Training & Development and employee relations.
  • Prior work experience in fast-paced MNC environment with country & SEA regional offices set up and matrix reporting line would be an advantage.
  • Experience with TimeSoft software or similar HR/time management systems is preferred.
  • Immediate starter is a plus
