About the Role:

We are seeking a Software Developer to join our Product Development Team, where you will play a key role in rapidly building and iterating on proof-of-concept (PoC), prototype and enterprise web applications. This role requires a dynamic, hands-on developer who thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with emerging technologies, quick iteration cycles, and evolving requirements. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and infrastructure engineers to experiment with new ideas, validate technical feasibility, and contribute to the foundational development of our ecosystem of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and iterate on rapid prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and MVPs to test new ideas and validate feasibility.

Work across both frontend and backend development to create functional and scalable prototypes.

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to quickly implement and refine user interfaces.

Experiment with emerging technologies, frameworks, and architectures to assess their applicability.

Develop lightweight, modular, and adaptable codebases that allow for flexibility during rapid iteration.

Optimize prototype performance, ensuring quick load times and responsiveness for testing.

Work alongside the DevSecOps and infrastructure team to ensure smooth integration with CI/CD pipelines.

Maintain proper documentation of prototype learnings and technical decisions to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Gather and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders and users to iterate on solutions.

Ensure basic security best practices are adhered to, even in the prototyping phase, to mitigate early-stage risks.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in software development, ideally in fast-paced environments such as R&D, prototyping teams, or startups.

Proficiency in rapid development frameworks and technologies, such as JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React, Vue, Svelte), Python (FastAPI, Django), or Golang.

Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and API development (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets).

Strong experience with cloud-based development (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
