Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently
- Maintain and monitor the company website
- Develop and manage digital marketing platforms
- Monitor and report customer surveys and feedback
- Manage customer accounts, rate adjustments, and termination requests
- Oversee tenant relations and promote company services
- Plan and execute customer appreciation events and activities
- Maintain customer data for service improvement
- Source and distribute corporate gifts
- Handle sponsorship requests and customer visits for feedback and service promotion
- Respond to online customer inquiries
- Any others ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Higher Nitec and/or Diploma in Computer & Mass Communications or Business Studies or relevant field with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Training provided for those without/lesser experience
