Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently
  • Maintain and monitor the company website
  • Develop and manage digital marketing platforms
  • Monitor and report customer surveys and feedback
  • Manage customer accounts, rate adjustments, and termination requests
  • Oversee tenant relations and promote company services
  • Plan and execute customer appreciation events and activities
  • Maintain customer data for service improvement
  • Source and distribute corporate gifts
  • Handle sponsorship requests and customer visits for feedback and service promotion
  • Respond to online customer inquiries
  • Any others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Possess minimum Higher Nitec and/or Diploma in Computer & Mass Communications or Business Studies or relevant field with 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Training provided for those without/lesser experience
