About The Role
We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are expanding our Sales team to achieve strategic sales goals and capitalize on new sales opportunities. As our first Sales Executive, you will work closely with the Business Development, Product, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to drive the sales process, close deals, and deliver innovative decentralized identity solutions to our clients.
What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, outreach, and deal closure, with support from the Business Development and Product teams.
- Actively engage enterprise clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions address their challenges, with support from the cross-functional team for product demos and presentations.
- Work closely with the Business Development team, which will manage and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to tailor solutions and ensure smooth post-sale hand-offs.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage leads, track sales pipelines, and document all sales activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to leadership.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and innovations in the decentralized identity and blockchain industries.
- Identify opportunities to position our solutions effectively within the market.
What You Need To Succeed
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology, SaaS, blockchain, or fintech sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and drive the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage mid-level to senior stakeholders effectively.
- Proven negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with sales tools, particularly HubSpot, for managing pipelines and reporting.
- Solid understanding or strong interest in blockchain, decentralized identity, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and collaborate with technical teams to address customer needs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
- A self-starter who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

- Experience in blockchain, digital identity, or related technologies.
- Exposure to working in regulated industries, fintech, or financial services.
