  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

  • Have working experience in BSS system, understand the business process of CRM and service provisioning system
  • Proficient in Linux/Unix operating system, Oracle database
  • English/Chinese, can be used as a working language, can communicate fluently, good at coordinating the relationship between the on-site customer team & Remoting China team, can schedule the testing planning & assignment of work tasks
  • Experience in testing team management, and have practical work experience in organizing teams and customers to do UAT, BRT and other testing work
  • Familiar with BSS business, mobile APP testing, and have a certain understanding of non-function testing (such as security testing, performance testing)
  • Proficiency in using Jira or similar test tracking management systems

3. Job Responsibilities

  • Work together with the test manager in China to sort out the test plan, arrange the test tasks, and synchronize it to the Singapore customer
  • On-site docking with Singapore customers in Singapore, assisting customers to do user case testing, communication & coordination of customer & remoting testing team
  • Learning Whale Cloud's system and prepare for participating in subsequent maintenance projects
