Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to work on project in the Unsecured Loans domain. This candidate should understand, assess, and implement the evolving Unsecured Lending business customer journey management needs for a renowned bank.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking or equivalent experience;
  • Expertise in managing the digital customer journey, especially within unsecured lending, digital onboarding, and mobile banking migration;
  • In-depth knowledge of product management across various domains, including customer experience, compliance, risk management, and operations;
  • Strong understanding of regulations (e.g., MAS, AML, Fraud, Digital Wallet requirements);
  • Proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders (technical, operations, regulatory, compliance, product, and partners);
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively across business units;
  • Experience with product development life cycles, including discovery, deployment, and post-launch performance management;
  • Ability to refine customer experience and enhance product awareness in collaboration with marketing, channels, and partners.

Desired Skill-set

  • Experience in KYC, AML and Fraud Management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end journey of customers, particularly through digital onboarding and Unsecured Loans;
  • Manage and ensure that product business activities meet compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements;
  • Work closely with a range of stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet product, technical, operational, and compliance needs within deadlines;
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing decisions and ensuring alignment across teams;
  • Lead product development efforts, including identifying opportunities, engaging functional experts, executing the deployment strategy, and managing post-launch performance;
  • Deconstruct challenges and investigate underlying issues to implement effective solutions;
  • Collaborate with marketing, channels, and partners to refine the customer experience, enhance product awareness, and meet sales targets.
