Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Marketing and Sales Director at Prorika. The role involves overseeing international business and sales strategies, business planning, sales management, and driving sales growth globally. While the role is based in Singapore and target market in Asia, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Based on strategic growth plan and global business platform development, responsible for key account development and management, sales channel development and management, and strategic projects in international market, particularly in Asia and America ( excluding Japan and Indonesia ).
· This job is set for developing key customers and achieving new business growth opportunities.
· This role is responsible for growth of ProRika new business in international market through developing and managing sales & marketing, technical support, and strategic partnership projects to achieve the strategic business targets.
· This role coordinates between the holding companies in China and ProRika in Asia, and ensure international business being operated in compliance with local law and regulations.
· It serves as the representative of the organization in the country.
Qualifications
· 10+ years International Business and Sales expertise
· Strong exposure and knowledge in food, nutrition and Health foods industry
· Experience in Business Planning and Sales Management
· Ability to understand and develop business goals, set up effective processes and manage regional and global key customers in Asia.
· Ability to drive international sales growth
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to communicate effectively and interact through strong interpersonal skills
· Experience in food, nutrition and/or health ingredients
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
· High level of proficiency in English is required.
