IT Operation Manager

We are looking for a IT Operation Manager for one of our clients. Your job scope is as follows:

Job Description:

• Management of administration and support of IT applications and services in meeting Service Level Agreement and IT security policies.
• Manage and monitor the incident and problem management of Authoritys IT applications and services.
• Develop guideline, process and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and systems monitoring.
• Manage contracts and budget of the assigned IT applications and services.
• Provide application support in all stages of development, testing and production.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant IT credentials and qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in performing the Role
• This role will need work closely with SSG business divisions and system vendor, mainly involve in production incidents management and system monitoring.
