Executive Assistant - Global Private Equity Firm

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong executive support experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex scheduling for multiple leaders, organise business travel itineraries, and process expense and time reports, ensuring smooth operations.
- Proactively assess needs, prioritise tasks, and resolve scheduling conflicts while adapting to changes and adjusting the calendar as necessary.
- Handle confidential and urgent client information with discretion, managing and reporting outstanding requests and responding to critical situations.
- Effectively coordinate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage multiple tasks, balancing urgency, importance, and potential impacts, while quickly addressing new challenges and resolving potential issues.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience of minimally 10 years in an office support role in a professional or financial services firm.
- Sound sense of business acumen, with the ability to understand and respond to the needs of a fast-paced investment services environment.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across diverse locations globally.
- Proactive, agile, and dedicated mindset with a strong sense of initiative - this is a self-starter role where you really have to drive office projects forward independently
