Job Opportunity: Insurance Customer Service Representative

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Salary: Up to $3500 + 1-month bonus

Job Type: Full-Time/Contract 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with outbound calls to persuade renewal customers to renew their personal insurance policies.
  • Ensure renewal retention meets stipulated targets.
  • Respond promptly to clients' queries and calls, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain efficient, accurate transactions to support both pre-sales and after-sales based on customer needs.
  • Strive to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both individual and team performance.
  • Assist the manager/supervisor with tracking and preparing monthly management reports and statement of accounts.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for performing tasks accurately.
  • Collaborate with other teams and business partners, such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Marketing, IT, and others, to achieve company objectives and meet service standards.
  • Contribute to continuous service and process improvements to ensure business standards, risks, and controls are maintained or exceeded.
  • Assist in transforming business requirements into system enhancements, conducting testing, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
