Marketing Executive (CRM & Brand Communication)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated brand communication campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention
- Lead CRM initiatives to acquire, engage, and retain customers
- Segment audiences for effective communication (EDM, SMS, Mobile App)
- Analyse customer data and insights to identify trends and opportunities to improve marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
- Propose CRM strategies to enhance brand presence and meet e-commerce KPIs
- Work with marketing, planning, and sales teams for public relations activities in Singapore
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and CRM activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a marketing, brand communication and CRM role, preferably in the FMCG/ Retail industry
