- Relevant experience in similar capacity is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Passionate for training and extensive product knowledge and good understanding of retail trends
- Clear and confident in the presentation/communication skills to ensure highly engaged training sessions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- A team player who is keen to share and communicate product information.
- Demonstrates a high level of communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels and be able to multi-task.
- Able to work in a rapid and dynamic work environment
