- Observe, collate, review, and synthesize behavioural data for the development of evidence-based intervention plans.
- Provide counselling and behaviour intervention services.

- Degree / Diploma in Psychology
- Other qualifications in Healthcare and Special Education related disciplines may be considered as well.
- Good listening and communication skills to communicate with clients with diverse abilities and backgrounds
- Good written communication skills to document information in a clear, concise, and accurate manner
- Good verbal and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and external agencies
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative skills
- Passionate and committed to working with people with disabilities
- Good team player with a positive and resilient attitude
- Able to work on weekends or weekday evenings when necessary
