INTERIOR DESIGN DRAFTER

• Job Description
• Work with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.
• Develop initial design concepts that align with client requirements.
• Draft detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop,Lumion etc.).
• Select furniture, curate and recommend materials, colors, and finishes that best complement the design concept.
• Project Management: Oversee the execution of design projects, project schedule, coordination with sub-contractors, vendors, progress claims, payment certification, etc for all project related matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building with min 1 year of relevant experience in related industry
• Experience in renovation and Additions and Alterations works will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and time management
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible, detailed and good organisation and planning skills.
• Able to perform adhoc night / weekend works when necessary.
