In addition, you will:
- Be responsible for the HR lifecycle with a focus on business partnering, HR systems and data analysis, policies management, onboarding / offboarding and talent acquisition
- Manage, develop and update all relevant HR policies, ensuring compliance with local employment and labour laws
- Lead talent acquisition needs including drafting job postings, shortlisting candidates and business partnering with line managers on talent pipelining and their hiring needs
- Implement best practices and maintain knowledge of trends, regulatory changes and new technologies that can enhance HR operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate and update employee records consistently, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards
