- Clinic Assistant / Patient Service Associate - Surgical Specialist Clinic
We are looking for a team player with a passion in healthcare to provide a quality patient experience with our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent front-line customer service to our patients and meticulous administrative support in our surgical specialist clinics.
- Provide assistance to doctors and patients in the clinic and consultation rooms (e.g. chaperone during consultation, organize and provide instructions to patients for investigations or procedures).
- Responsible for registration, payment collection, appointment scheduling, financial counselling on procedures and services, trigger/process insurance claims, as well as other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills and a strong passion to serve in healthcare.
- Polytechnic Diploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' or Higher.
- Possess good computer skills, good customer service skills and good telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be advantageous.
