Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the energy sector.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions to address their needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to communicate and simplify complex engineering concepts for clients.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Lead client negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements that align with business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and support functions, to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in key account management or business development within the energy sector.
  • Candidates with no experience may apply as comprehensive training is provided (preferably with Engineering qualifications)
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering concepts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to work in dynamic environments.
