Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Enrollment
- Follow up promptly on new leads daily and ensure a targeted number of potential customers are invited to the center for trial classes.
- Proactively remind students and parents of class renewals, guiding them through the re-enrollment process and addressing any related questions.
2. Customer Service
- Greet and assist students and parents, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
- Address inquiries and concerns from parents and guardians in a professional and timely manner, whether in person or over the phone.
- Gather and analyze feedback from parents and students to ensure continuous improvement of services.
- Resolve issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary, maintaining a focus on positive experiences.
3. Operations & Administration
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the learning center to ensure a smooth and safe environment.
- Track attendance, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of classes, ensuring that students and teachers are promptly notified of any schedule changes and necessary updates.
- Support the administrative side of enrollments, including managing student records, processing invoices, and updating databases.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of necessary resources.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in sales.
- Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
- High energy, passionate and deeply empathetic of the customer.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
- Excellent communication skills, and good command in English is essential to succeed in this role.
- Knowledge of the education industry will be an added advantage.
