  • Manage and deliver Green Rating certification projects across various frameworks such as Green Mark and LEED.
  • Conduct and complete simulations, including energy modeling, CFD analysis, and daylight studies.
  • Actively engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to stay updated across relevant disciplines.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge in environmental design, sustainability standards, building energy efficiency, daylight and shading strategies, sustainable systems, materials, waste management, and building physics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architectural, Civil/Environmental Engineering or related design discipline
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Project Exposure – Commercial, Civic/Adaptive Resource, Nature, Public-Private
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign), and Rhino is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrates a strong passion for environmental and energy-efficient design.
