Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Singapore. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for field service, troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and providing excellent customer service on-site.
Qualifications
- Field Service and Technical Support skills
- Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Customer Service skills
- Experience in industrial equipment maintenance and repair
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical degree or certification in relevant field
- A valid Singapore driving license
- experience work with cranes ,mewp , diesel engine will be essiential
- this role requires applicant to work at height while testing the machines and perform hands-on repair
- applicant should also be good be tech savy to program machine sofwares and generate reports
