  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored training solutions to meet their needs.
  • Represent ISCA Academy at events, roadshows, and exhibitions to increase visibility and sales.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials and provide regular sales performance updates to management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or training sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet targets.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for client engagements.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems for managing leads and tracking performance.
