Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and emails promptly.
  • Issue quotations based on customer requirements, and follow-up on quotations & purchase orders
  • Create delivery & invoicing for daily shipments and coordinating with drivers/operations team
  • Review delivery orders and invoices to identify and address discrepancies prior to delivery
  • Compile and maintain accurate documentation and records for all billings
  • Update and manage the customer database to maintain accuracy and reliability
  • Monitor inventory records and ensure inventory information is up to date
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to support daily operational activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service
