Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and emails promptly.
- Issue quotations based on customer requirements, and follow-up on quotations & purchase orders
- Create delivery & invoicing for daily shipments and coordinating with drivers/operations team
- Review delivery orders and invoices to identify and address discrepancies prior to delivery
- Compile and maintain accurate documentation and records for all billings

Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service
