Marketing Creative Designer (Web UI/UX)

We create fun and visually captivating mobile games, and we're seeking someone who can elevate our marketing campaigns with engaging web and social media content.
Position Overview:
As a Marketing Creative Designer, you will combine graphic design skills with web UI/UX expertise to shape the visual identity of our games across digital platforms. From designing marketing assets to creating intuitive and visually appealing landing pages or microsites, your work will ensure our campaigns are innovative and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Design:
- Create high-quality marketing assets, including game icons, key visuals (KVs), promotional materials, and in-game advertisements.
- Adapt marketing designs for digital platforms and optimise based on performance insights.
Web UI/UX Design:
- Design and prototype user-friendly and visually engaging landing pages, microsites, or other web-based marketing experiences using Figma or similar tools.
- Conduct usability testing and refine designs to improve user interaction and experience.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with game development, marketing, and product teams to align design outputs with campaign goals and branding.
- Stay updated on web and social media trends, incorporating them into creative solutions.
- Approach design challenges strategically, ensuring both creative and functional outcomes.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- Strong graphic design foundation with experience in marketing assets.
- Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of web-based UI/UX design principles.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
Web Design Expertise:
- Proven experience designing and prototyping for web platforms (e.g., landing pages, microsites).
- Knowledge of responsive design and web best practices.
Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinker with an analytical approach to design challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the mobile gaming industry or digital marketing.
