Job Description:
- Oversee the planning, administration, and execution of all crewing activities, ensuring efficient recruitment, deployment, and retention of sea staff.
- Manage the recruitment and re-employment of officers and crew across all nationalities, ensuring compliance with international regulations, company policies, and CBAs.
- Engage with Seamen's Unions to negotiate CBAs, coordinate with charterers on crewing matters, and handle crew-related disputes or disciplinary issues.
- Develop and maintain marine personnel budgets, crew cost estimates, and financial forecasts, keeping management informed of any variances.

- Appoint, monitor, and audit crewing agents, medical institutions, and marine travel agencies worldwide to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
