Working Days / Hours: Mon - Fri; 9am - 6pm
Job Description:
1. Project Planning:
- Define project goals and objectives
- Develop project scope and work breakdown structure
- Create project timelines and schedules
- Identify required resources and budget
2. Team Management:
- Assemble and lead project teams
- Assign tasks and responsibilities
- Provide guidance and mentorship
- Manage team performance and resolve conflicts
3. Stakeholder Communication:
- Identify key stakeholders
- Develop and implement communication plans
- Conduct regular project status meetings
- Manage stakeholder expectations
4. Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues
- Develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor and update risk assessments throughout the project
5. Quality Control:
- Establish quality standards and metrics
- Implement quality assurance processes
- Monitor project deliverables for quality
6. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage project budget
- Track expenses and allocate resources efficiently
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts
7. Project Execution:
- Oversee day-to-day project activities
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope
- Address and resolve issues as they arise
8. Vendor Management:
- Select and manage external vendors and contractors
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Ensure vendor deliverables meet project requirements
9. Change Management:
- Assess and approve change requests
- Implement approved changes
- Update project plans and documentation accordingly
10. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular project status reports
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
11. Project Closure:
- Conduct project review and lessons learned sessions
- Ensure all deliverables are completed and accepted
- Formally close the project and release resources
12. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on project management best practices
- Implement process improvements
- Contribute to organizational project management standards
Requirements:
- Diploma in Facilities or other similar fields
