Responsibilities:
Duty No 1 (Marketing & Business Development)
- Develop business strategies to support business growth for Shiprepair and Ship Conversion (SR & SC)
- Prepare business proposals and present to clients
- Identify new market opportunities in SR & SC
- Assist in preparing business proposals liaising with CSR , EDC and Ops to submit and bid for new SC projects
- Attend internal meetings and discussions, preparing minutes or reports as and when necessary
- Attend customer meetings and attend to feedback on contractual matters, preparing reports and performing coordination works as and when necessary
- Propose new ways and drive to outreach new clients or future projects with current clients
- Achieve results in terms of sales
- Drive the before and after sales hospitality
Duty No.2 (Commercial )
- Carry out estimation and billing work for assigned projects
- Management of project costing of SR & SC projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or other disciplines
- Able to understand basic engineering terms
- Be able to do planning for projects (Optional)
- Able to communicate effectively with internal staff and customers
- Experience in marketing work (more than 10 years)
