Responsibilities:

Duty No 1 (Marketing & Business Development)

  • Develop business strategies to support business growth for Shiprepair and Ship Conversion (SR & SC)
  • Prepare business proposals and present to clients
  • Identify new market opportunities in SR & SC
  • Assist in preparing business proposals liaising with CSR , EDC and Ops to submit and bid for new SC projects
  • Attend internal meetings and discussions, preparing minutes or reports as and when necessary
  • Attend customer meetings and attend to feedback on contractual matters, preparing reports and performing coordination works as and when necessary
  • Propose new ways and drive to outreach new clients or future projects with current clients
  • Achieve results in terms of sales
  • Drive the before and after sales hospitality

Duty No.2 (Commercial )

  • Carry out estimation and billing work for assigned projects
  • Management of project costing of SR & SC projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or other disciplines
  • Able to understand basic engineering terms
  • Be able to do planning for projects (Optional)
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal staff and customers
  • Experience in marketing work (more than 10 years)
