Job Description:

To serve food and drinks to customers, to provide friendly service and to assist the Management team in achieving the highest possible levels of efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

1. To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all items listed on the menus, including specials, wines and deleted items.

2. To provide a speedy, efficient and professional level of service always.

3. To take and process food and drink orders in the manner explained during training.

4. To attend all compulsory training sessions.

5. To ensure all customer bills are correctly prepared, presented and processed as well as closed off at the end of every service.

6. To always be hands-on and present in the restaurant during service.

7. To ensure that all service ware is properly cared for, cleaned and prepared for every service.

8. To maintain the highest possible standards of personal hygiene and appearance and to be always dressed in clean correct uniform.

9. To ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene and safety at work always in accordance with the Health and Safety regulations.

10. To report any customer complaints or comments immediately to the Manager on duty.

11. To understand and adhere to the company policy on Fire and Bomb Threat.

12. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

13. To always work as a team player and be prepared to be flexible in order to ensure that operations are always as efficient and profitable as possible.
