Job Description:

To play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions and managing financial records across multiple entities by handling administrative duties and supporting accounting processes.

Requirements:

  1. Manage basic office administrative tasks including data entry, filing, printing, reporting and emailing
  2. To provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies
  3. Assist to record and process all suppliers’ invoices and accounting practices
  4. Maintain bookkeeping and office accounting needs
  5. Assist to handle communications with suppliers and vendors via phone, email
  6. Process transactions, initiate payment, deposits and updating ledgers, budgets and financial reports, etc.
  7. Assist in order processing, shipment coordination, and inventory management
  8. Assist to collect payments and update accounts payable and receivable records
  9. Manage any ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support smooth operations
  10. Maintain a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
  11. Update ledgers, researching and resolving discrepancies.
  12. Abide by all company procedures and accounting principles
  13. To always work as a team player and be prepared to be flexible in order to ensure that operations are always as efficient and profitable as possible.
