  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, smart home devices, and security systems at client sites.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality and performance.
  • Provide remote and online customer support for technical issues, system configurations, and troubleshooting guidance.
  • Perform site assessments to determine the best placement for security devices and smart home systems.
  • Ensure proper wiring, networking, and connectivity for seamless integration of smart devices.
  • Educate customers on system usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to provide solutions based on customer needs.
  • Maintain records of installations, service calls, and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in smart home and security technology.

Requirement:

  • At least 1 ½ ~ 2 years' relevant work experience, with capability for the installation & maintenance of CCTV/Smart Home system.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance required.
