Responsibilities:

Finance:

• Oversee full-set accounting and manage month-end closing processes
• Conduct budget analysis and prepare financial reports
• Handle quarterly GST submissions
• Assist with audit, tax, and compliance matters as needed

Human Resources:

• Strong understanding of Singapore’s payroll system and MOM regulations
• Manage monthly payroll, employee benefits, and related processes
• Process work pass applications and liaise with relevant authorities
• Coordinate with insurance providers for employee coverage
• Maintain and update employee records accurately
• Handle MOM-related compliance, surveys, and general HR administration

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent.
• Preferably with HR & finance experience.
