- As a Finance Business Partner, you will be reporting to the Head of Department and working closely with senior stakeholders across various departments to drive project financial and business performance through your FP&A expertise.
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Serve as a key financial advisor to senior management, providing insights that shape business strategy, investment decisions, and long-term financial planning.
- Financial Planning & Performance Management: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Investment & Portfolio Analysis: Evaluate business performance across asset classes, identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
- Commercial Decision Support: Provide data-driven pricing and capital allocation recommendations to maximize shareholder value.
- Regulatory & Governance Oversight: Ensure financial compliance with industry regulations and internal governance standards, proactively managing financial risks.
- Transformation & Process Optimization: Drive finance transformation initiatives, leveraging data analytics and technology to enhance financial reporting and decision-making.
- Master/Degree in Accounting or Finance; candidate with CPA / CA / ICAEW / CMA is a plus
- More than 9 years of relevant FP&A experience in the financial institutions environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and ERP Systems.
- Agile with a strong sense of business acumen and analytical capabilities to execute business strategies with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in a diversified environment.
