  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

PrimeTime Business and Professional Women's Association is looking for a Treasurer to play a crucial role in managing our financial affairs, ensuring governance, and driving financial sustainability. As Treasurer, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with best practices and statutory requirements. You will work closely with the Board to provide strategic financial insights, helping PrimeTime thrive and expand its impact. This is a volunteer, remote position ideal for finance professionals looking to make an impact in a dynamic and empowering women’s organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong financial management, budgeting, and accounting expertise.
  • Experience preparing financial statements and overseeing financial reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with a diverse team.
  • Prior experience in non-profit financial management is a plus.
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred but not required.

Board Term 2025 - 2026

As we approach the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 8, 2025, all board positions will become available for the upcoming 2025-2026 term—and this is your opportunity to step up and make a difference!
