- To multitask on various ongoing portfolio of various FSC programmes, with accuracy, timeliness and meticulousness
- To have interest, capacity and compassion to work with FSC clientele and their accompanying issues
- To have emotional maturity and capacity to manage FSC clientele types and nature of the FSC work
- To have strong ability to learn on the job and transfer learnings across context and
- Diploma in Social Work or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
